1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries (about 8-10 berries)
1/2 cup gluten-free granola
1/3 of a banana, sliced
1/2 tsp chia seeds
In a blender, mix yogurt and berries until smooth. Top with granola, banana & chia seeds. Enjoy!
