Ingredients:

1 small package of carrots, unpeeled
1 small package celery, leaves included
3 apples (choose a mix of Granny Smith, Fuji, Gala or Honey Crisp), cores removed
2 large handfuls of parsley (both curly and flat leaf work well)

If unable to use organic produce, be sure to wash well to remove pesticides.
Juice all ingredients and mix well before drinking as the residue settles to the bottom.
In order not to waste the fiber content, I often use it to make a vegetable stock and then put it in the freezer and use in the future for soup.

This blend is high in beta carotene (vitamin A), B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium, phosphorus, 칼슘, manganese, magnesium, iron and zinc. Parsley is a natural diuretic which can cleanse the kidneys and also aids in healing urinary tract infections, and reduces inflammation. This juice blend is also a great pick-me-up if you feel a cold coming on as it will help alkalize your body. Enjoy!
