3/4 cup coconut water

1 cup, packed (2 large handfuls) of power greens (spinach, kale, chard, mizuna)*

1 cup fresh or frozen mango pieces

1 scoop whey or vegan protein powder

1 Tbsp flaxseed oil

1/4 tsp coconut sugar


In a blender or food processor, pulse the first 2 ingredients until greens are finely chopped.

Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. This is a great way to add extra veggies to your diet.

Makes one large 16 oz smoothie or two smaller ones so you can share with a friend!

*Many grocery stores carry greens already mixed, in their lettuce section, or you can make your own combination if you like.
